Naw, the AI was on random. They just happened to be federation at the time.

Ok, I have had another Idea.

What If I did give the Achilles a phaser. Only when you reasershed and activated the photons, it disabled the phaser. This would give you the choice of a phaser, or a mini photon launcher.

This would help, because I have been informed that the ship is left open it to flanking with nothing but forward fireing pulse phasers. At least until it gets a quantum torpedo at single Gold rank.

A Phaser to protect from the side would be useful. No Phaser was shown, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

My problem is that the textures this ship uses, has two phaser arrays along the top of the "saucer" And it would look strange if it was never used. And this would be a good feature, because at the moment, it has to stop and turn to use its pulse cannons.

Well, if it comes with Phaser strips, then I guess letting it use them should work.

Here are two updates. one the pic of the full Vet at work. The other is my adms log from a quick skirmish I played. I just can't wate until this is done. :woot:

They ripped though fleet after fleet of klingon ships. Though, in the game, they are very costly, they are well worth it.

Seriously though, just have a look at the Adms log, and you will see what I mean.
