The commentary by Boggz and Yandon were great! :woot:  You guys made a great team, and I'd love to see more of this.  I want to thank HGF for opening up their teamspeak server.

Also, a shout out to Butters and Mort for such a great game to commentate on and watch!  :D

(seriously, one of these days guys I'll remember to actually *choose* my race so that I get a non-Fed track for the background music)

Looked like you got a team of inactive ppl Boggz :)
Or did they sent all resources to you?

Hmmm?

Nah, Butters was doing harassing here and there, though I think he mentioned that he's not very familiar with 3 v 3 play.

The 3 of us were on Teamspeak so there was almost no written communication.

There was indeed some resource trading but mostly we just ... failed to really coordinate our attacks properly.

There were lots of things happening as well that Yandon didn't happen to see.  That's pretty normal in a large 3 v 3 game though.  I had warpins dropped on my expansion twice and each time had only a single Ex2 and a yard with which to defend.

Well it seemed that both, lower Borg and Klingon had significantly less ships than the opponents...eventhough they had 1 exp for mining. I was just wondering where all the Ress went.

was away from comp from the start till u see me go unresponcive (changing to full screen mode)  to grab my dinner and i hardly started it so it was cold at teh end of the game  :woot:   so good game there

actually alan you were good, u showed a good awareness of what was happening and what ships were being fielded. and u knew exactly when those spheres were gonna get munched

this new dual commentary can be very good, yandon can only focus his screen on one battle, but the other commentator can listen for what yandon is commentating on and go watch the other battles and read out commentary on them. so we know whats going on in multiple places at once.

I concur.  All of us think our own voices sound terrible over a mic.  I know I think that.

You made some good points, like making the forward base in the middle.  That might have helped coordination for both teams.  So good job, man!

Hehe, once again I can only mirror the others and say that indeed Alanalpha, you did a fine job

Great job to Alan and Boggz!  Two commentators is better than one!  You get differences in strategy analysis and the ability to cover more than one area of the map.  Plus, it helps to ease the slow start in the early game pre-conflict phase.

Yup, you can produce out of Antares and Eraudi with 2 moon pairs like that :)

EDIT: awesome quote about Disney World

To repair ships like that on the tractor beam you'll have to crew them first so that you can give them an order :)

EDIT2: seems you figured it out a minute later, woops :D

Lol oh dear.....

Would just like to point out that any time i split my fleet, it was because my Sangs were either not listening to orders, or just plain went the other way  :sweatdrop:

The rest of it...yeah, that was just me sucking

On the plus side, at least yandon finally changed races?
