I must say I was quite pleased to hear your commentary.  Nicely done, Myles.

Were you using fraps, or was that camstudio?

that was fraps. i tried camstudio too, but it used even more resources than fraps. fraps seems to work better. my computer's so slow it takes an hour to transcode each video and they still came out wrong lol.

there are plugins/ web services that are able to download videos uploaded to youtube to your local disk.

Somehow my mic was out of sync with everything, so sometimes yandon will say something, and my replies to what he says are right on top of his sometimes, but other than that, it seemed to come out ok.   Really, all it does is make me sound like a big, fat jerk.  But what's new? :kid:

This was a really fun game, although be warned that videos 8, 9, and half of 10 involve a bunch of really exciting turtling.

btw is the AI broken in some way? I mean it did nothing. Maybe an expert AI would be nice.

yup ai will sometimes just give up. its so defeatist. in this replay it surely had enough res to spam intreps out of 2 yards.

the AI follows a building loop
after loosing the main starbase the AI gives up coz the loop is broken (it doesnt build from the upgraded starbases it sometimes builds) so it just sits there coz theres no coding to ignore that problem or build another starter starbase/build from a different one
