just to leave this forum alive we cant include the promy, you see?

not, as long as we do not find a good way to realize the MVAM as we like it (and exactly as we like it. either do it right or don't do it at all - thats our motto) it wont be in.

The Descent will get a - hopefully - nice new design for v3

I fail to see the akira elements And if you examine the rear portion of the saucer section just forward of the impulse engines and tucked slightly further in towards the keel line you'll find the Steamrunner engine pods

The Akira is the rollbar between the two(!) Ex2 engineering hulls.

And the other roll bar (just behind the bridge) is a deformed steamrunner deflector pod.

I don't know what it is with all the descent hatin'... I like the design myself, reminds me of my favorite Max mesh, the Phobos

Granted, you can only build two or three with the credit limits on the game, but every race has their uberships. my only issue is scaling, may of the uberships are not as large as they should be (read Scimitar)

The Descent is aweful, horrible, and disgusting. BUT, the FO team says its getting a new model, so I have my hopes up...

I don't think so. It looks alot more like an Akira rollbar. Aslo, we all know that the Descent was created by mixing other models, and there is no Miranda model in v2.
