They sure do. Even if the Decsent is replaced, I would still like to see it in the map editor.

Yike Galaxy three looks pretty ugly from where I am standing I am all for not the promethus but mabey a non expirimental versiona battle version of the prometheus with Q torps and MVAM

Ugly??? *Smacks Fullphaser upside the head with a pool cue* it looks cool. i think it makes a very worthy refit model, that the galaxy class's legacy can be proud of.
but, i suppose as Baron said:

better warp- Well, I always play with warp off, anyways 

i don't think you get what i'm saying dude, you or anybody else has no choice about whether warp is turned off or not. you cant turn it on, that is unless your talking about another mod *gasps* i would purify you but my pool cue broke after i hit fullphaser with it so your safe... till i can find a new cue

Personally I dont like the design for the Descent, so I do think it needs to be replaced the Galaxy-3 although not cannon is definatly what a refit of the galaxy could look like. It seems to have the same hull stile as the sovey and also assuming that technology is advancing can presumably have a more efficient worpcore, ie more energy for weapons and shields, so more shields and either more weapons or faster fireing weapons. Anyway I would at least like to see the Descent replaced, but not by the prometheus deffinatly. Perhaps it could be taken out and replaced by a different ship for each avatar.

Now now I do not think we need to resort to violence... Heh I just do not (I hate when firefox pulls the find is actually the apostrophe stunt) think the Galaxy 3 fits the federation lineage it looks way to much like a bad attempt at a kitabash gone all wrong, it just looks ugly the prometheus on the othe hand has got that areodynamic appeal

One thing I AM sure of... the Prometheus is NOT Dreadnaught material. It may be powerful, BUT IT'S JUST TO SMALL. At a mere 414 meters, it's smaller than the Akira, Nebula, Excelsior, and other larger class that NEVER WERE DREADNAUGHTS. Trekmania lists it as a Tactical cruiser, something I WHOLEHEARTELY AGREE WITH.

The Prometheus definately deserves to be ingame, BUT it is simply NOT dreadnaught material.
