@excursion, you have it so twisted. he answered the question:

why dont u just creat a completely new ST Game with best of best engine and awesome gameplay?

what he said was correct, most modders can't afford to make a new game completely from scratch. before you begin you have to pay for the lisence, some games will require more than one. that in itself is WAY beyond the price range of the average person.

so basically your saying this entire section of feature requests should be removed, because people have neither the time or the money to create such projects.
so its a waste of all these members time posting there incredible ideas and view on how to further this project to its final stage. the world is WAY to full of people with your pesimistic attiude. take a leaf out of honda's book. you might en-rich your life a tiny bit.

if you disagree fine, but why so rude? kindley explain why you disagree without the rudeness

im pretty sure this was a joke. and no-one else in this board gives a rats about manners i have noticed since i rejoined. so i will speek as i please.

I was just saying that modders can make an awesome game they don't have as much resources as the larger companies. I was not saying that we shouldn't think of ideas. I think what the FO team is doing is great, you don't what the he ll your talking about.

Actually some of us do care about manners and as I said in another thread this is not good for gaining new members, so just be more polite. There are also rules against this BTW

i hope your directing your comment to legacy. i do believe my language may have been direct but i never insulted anyone directly unlike some people do in this board. just because some people have less to do with their life and decide to come onto this board and post de-constructive comments to boost their post counts doesnt meen there opinion counts more, if anything it counts much much less.

but you are correct there are rules against this. and learn to spell properly.

1) that WAS legacy who said that.
2) i was online when he posted, and he edited because of an automatic censor, that blocks out potential swear words. he probably edited it like that to make it seem less offensive.
3) you or i don't know what other people do with their lives, so lets leave that off the board shall we.

any way back on topic: what other existing races (ones from V2) are going to have a "refreshment program"? or are all of them going to go through it before release?

LMAO with that u mean me? Did u have any trouble understand what I was trying to say? If so I am deeply sorry I will double check everything b4 posting anything again.

But on the other hand my mother language is Slovenian and I am only 18 years old, so the question is how well do u expect me to spell?? Maybe if I speak in Slovenian I wont make as many spelling mistakes and then u will understand me better??

Baron, you're absolutely right. English is a hard language to speak properly, much less write properly, much less as a second language! My congratulations on your grammar, I didn't know you were not American or English until you mentioned eastern europe a year ago or so.

Whats with the hostile reaction to off topic posts? Fine I posted off topic, was trying to add a bit of flavor to a topic which is full of whine and aggro. I don't reply to topics randomly just to get my post count up, either.

This topic has become so gritty with people correctin each other and slaggin others off, its just pathetic. Now its gonna become more gritty and get closed.

Theres no need for all of this stating of rules, its not your problem, leave it to the admins.

I dont think any kind of forum should be so strict, its part of the gaming community and gaming is "fun", shouldnt gaming related forums be the same? Anyway if my post is that unwanted and off topic then an admin will delete it.

I was just wondering something about the borg, I think it would be cool if they had their nexus as an all-in-one station. So they can do their research there, build ships and also upgrade defences. Just like real borg, that would be canon and really ****** great if u ask me
