some ideas for iconians

Give some ships a Psionic Rage ability, where the crew goes into said rage and drains a ton of their energy into the weapon systems, and the ship goes on an automated attacking spree. It cannot be commanded during this time (computers are handling everything while the crew recovers) and for x number of seconds after. Upside? weapons are 2-3x normal power.

Not quite sure if the Iconians would be one to become rageaholics, as they are more the extremely alien psychic dominators - perfectly in control I might imagine  . Just my impression though.
