wait no they decided to cancel the lincense as enterpirse was sh*t and fans where leaving star trek left right and centre, nemises was not as good as the other films, and activision are seeing trek as a sinking boat and have alredey launced there life boat and gone.

thought they lost their licence to make trek material.
