well a tiny update, heres the all the races listed in order of powerfulness, this includes ship strength and super weapon strength:

Zarlad
Forerunner
Borg
Fed
Orion
Kling
Rom
Noxter

Alright, im almost rdy to release this mod, however i need 2 ppls help for balancing and testing. Ill need at least one of the original Fleet Ops creators email address so he/she can balance the races properly and fix the forerunner's slowness bug. The other email will be the tester of the final mod when i get the balanced version back from the creator.
