yes, but that is a station/super weapon and haveing transwarp on a ship particulally a ship that is more that a scout will seriously unbalence the game (i have Never played a mod were things are somewhat balenced and there is a intantanious for of transprotation) and therefore will probably never be inculed... (not to mention the reasons warp was taken out in the first place...)
