Wow an Excaliber class with green necelles, REAL original...christ I HATE uncanon ship. STOP asking for ships that don't exist!

The Excaliber with Green Necelles is the Transwarp Version. Excaliber Class ships have normal warp, and Transwarp, thus they can use both, so when Transwarp is activated the necelles turn green rather than blue.

Also, you mention 'no more fake ships' - FO has fake ships anyway so what does it matter?
