Personally, while I'm highly in favor (naturally) of my K'tinga suggestion (which I reiterate, is not intended to make it a godship or even as good as the KB...just to not suck for 5-10 seconds) I think yours would...and here's the doozy...work best as an alternate ability of the Moq'bara station.
One last great assault to pulverize the hulls of the foes, and send them screaming to Gre'thor!
Set up like that, might even be able to replicate the Klingon arrival in Sacrifice of Angels...(poor little dommies and cardies!)

you mean collide with the enemy? that engagement hurt the klingons bad as the bugships kept colliding with them, knocking out ships.
