Ideas for FO 3.07

Okay, I'm Going to lay it all down! Because these are my Ideas for 3.07! I also want to see who likes what, who thinks improvements are necessary and what else can be put in there! These are all of my short-term ideas! There are details in a txt attachment for further explanation.
{Multiplayer Patching}
- Remove the "Out of Sync" permenately
- Allow there to be up to 8 players and 8 observers (so everone can have an audience)
- Have more color choices avaiable for the player's teams
{New Ships}
- One New Experimental Warp-in Vessel for the Feds (See poll for current results)
- Cylinder Class added to the Borg (image attached)
{Vereran Ability Revising}
- Nebula - Anti-cloak (passive)
- Avalon - Sheild Penetrating Phasers
- Sovereign - Multi-Target Phasers
- Phalanx - Warp Core Enhancement (Passive)
- B'rel - Anti-Sheild (passive)
- Luspet - Energy Reuse (passive)
- Norexian - Finishing Blow
- Tavara - Undefeated Champion (passive)
- Warfrigate - Ketracel Light (passive)
- Heavy Cruiser - Polarized Sheilds (passive)
- Battleship - Vorta's Prime (passive)

- Fixes the Crash before launch bug

- (not that it really makes a difference what we want vs the Mods)
- Dafinitally a new exp. ship(or two)
- New SF command model.
- modules for all races Starbases
- one single mixed tech yard. This builds the upgraded ships for all captured construction ships, after
their respective research has been done.

Excalibur and Prometheus, both. *gg*
One single yard for all mixed tech would be awesome too.
And on course modules for sarbases would be fine. But I would be happy for any costumization.

my ideas
- remove mixtech yards and have mix tech reasearch stations that upgrade existing ships instead of new ships for the same class
- MVAM with all sections remaining selected (like in the pp version)
- Random loadscreens (i know pointless but would still look kool)
- Multiplayer fixes

My suggestions would be:
- Replace the Norway class with the Miranda class, same class of ship, but not as ugly as the Norway. I know there are no new Mirandas being build, but i would really like to see more older ships from TMP.
->How about a TMP Mod for Fleet Operations
just kidding 
- how about adding the nova class?
- remove the bug ships suicide ability, or at least let them only do it after taking some hits (lets say 50% hull damage).

I know its old and weak and everything, but its not as ugly as the Norway. I really dont like many of the new ship designs, like the Sabre, the Steamrunner and the Norway. A Miranda refit would be so cool.
I know that Fleet Operations is set in a time after the TNG and even after the events at DS9 and may of the older ships got destroyed in the battles against the Borg and the Dominion or decommissioned due to their age, but one could dream

Miranda = Warp-In like evey other TMP ship in-game.
Miranda refit = Miranda-II (Mixed-tech)

yuck, no Miranda please. It would be worthless as a warp in ship, It is small and not powerful enough to do much.
oh, and the Norway is not ugly >:(

I reckon your new Phalanx and Avalon's abilities should be switched - the sheild penetrating idea goes well with the Phalanx's great big gun, and the Avalon's defenses are only really meant to be light

I'm neutral on the Prometheus.
I'm against the Excalibur at ALL costs.
The cylinder was just a mining ship in SFC 3.
I want the explosion bug fixed =].
The Veteran abilities are good as they are, but I'd like to see some nice stuff for the Avalon.
The Miranda is...what it is, lol.

What about the galaxy class?I´m missing this ship in the construction yard.
And i think the fed. outpost is to small.
The federation needs a big Starbase.(have a look at the pic)
