that sounds ridiculous

u should play elite force 2, it was a good game, barclay got back on the enterprise and apparantely became chief engineer (levar burton didnt want to give his voice maybe).

oh and they had handheld quantum torpedo launchers, plus in the last mission u could have the enterprise fire at stuff with phasers and quantums, which did so little damage it wasnt even funny.

in ef1 if you shot janeway (by cheating for a weapon) every1 would fire on you, if u shoot picard in ef2 when he's not part of a combat scenario the game crashes, maybe its activisions way of saying NOBODY shoots picard, but janeway dont matter.

That has nothing to do with Activision, that's just the game not wanting to see Picards reaction... it knows that when Picard is not amused, you take cover.
