B'rel=good early anti-long range ship? Have you been smoking crack? That thing dies in seconds once the enemy has like 3 ships (2 for Borg.) When I play, Klingons and I see a long range ship coming at me, I do not consider countering it with B'rels. The only situations I can think of where a B'rel counters something are combat assims (but the B'rel will still die quickly especially if Borg makes other ships at some point) and Sabers (but wait, those have super speed and long range and 360 arc and good ecm that means my B'rel will not get a shot off.)

I would quote your post, but it was long and I don't feel like holding backspace that long.

in larger games when one of the "enemies of the empire" is building Cehlaer class warbirds...
just visit him with few brels...  poor Cehlaer  ... receiving increased damage, causing reduced damage and cant cloak to escape

thats a nightmare

mal mentioned brels as a long range counter. which they are.

about sabres being too fast and will escape/kite. they dont have cloak though. come in cloaked, decloak on top of them. you will fry a few sabres fast.
