one question since were on the topic of Cradassians, is there a way to get BRIDGE COMMANDER, not just the demo but the whole game as a download

There are probably a few sites around or a YouTube video, but I'm not sure if we're allowed to talk about Internet sites to download games.

not unless you are willing to engage in some extra-legal activities. the game was only released on CD to buy.

basically not unless u wanna break some laws. laws that exist in all english speaking countries i think. we cant post instructions here on how to violate copyright laws (such as links to torrents). i wont change that stance unless doca or optec (not to insult the other devs, just these two post the most) say otherwise.

if you're willing to pay you can get second hand copies around, heres a link

the bridge commander cardassians were really weak as well. not fun to play as since the only ships were galor or keldon, and neither could take down anything stronger than stephen hawking.

If you like the Cardassians, look over at Zeich's blog for a cool interceptor he made for them.  Drool over that for a while. B)

On the top right of your post there is an option called "modify".  This will allow you to edit your posts and save the edit. :)

to edit your post look for the blue pencil near the bottom right corner of your post, click it and you can edit what you wrote.

EDIT: you can also do what mal said. he beat me to it so i edited my post to reflect mals forum kung fu powers. its forum politeness to make edits clear. if you wait too long before editing, the forum tells everyone when the last edit was near the bottom of the post, above the signature. if you edit quick that dont happen.

SO i guess its safe to say my Ambassador class ,would make mince meat out of a KELDON class. Imagine a Ambassador class upgrade like the Enterprise. Assumeing you had equal numbers of ships, i was reading Cardassian ships had a power out put on there phasers at about 25,000 terra watts , the Ambassador about 35,000 ?

An Ambassador would probably win, though it would be tough. Ambassadors aren't exactly cutting edge ship and Cardassians are cunning buggers in battle.

thats difficult because the ambassador was never seen to be refitted much, the question is: can a refit excel (like the lakota) handle the ambassador. i would say that the lakota is slightly stronger than an original ambassador. i would still be on an ambassador beating a keldon. if this is your personal modded ambassador class you probably added some power as well, so it would be strong.

EDIT: Blast tyler got in there first.
EDIT2: you edited your post navyguy and made my post rubbish lol, i was on about a original ambassador, either way the ambassador could probably take on a keldon

The Ambassador class is actually pretty nice in game.  Strong shields, and it has a killer special that makes it very durable.  I often get a lot of veterns and free warp ins from her.  So yeah, it would probably do well against a keldon in FO.

That's what the scouter (post counter) says.  It's sad when people who have joined the forums long after I did have 2-3 times as many posts. :(  At least I won't ever be accused of spamming. :innocent:
