Not necessarily. It would take some work but it can be implemented well in my opinion.

if ure Reman-sela you cant have the tavara.
that's the point of being rogue - u have access to your improvised tech, not the complete tech tree of the main empire.

allows for more diverse gameplay.
I certainly don't want to see one more avatar doing the same dance with just a few different steps. That's why the different approach.

The entire aim is to have a varied approach while allowing those aspects of the game which were previously incompatible with the initial straightforward avatars.

I hope that would have become clear by now - at least to our more astute community members
