Helev and Mijural are quite a decision, I usually go Mijural just so I can get two Tavaras. Helev if I feel like doing the sensor jamming ability of Griffins.

People usually do Puretech because you can just spam Bugs superfast and outnumber just about everything. Plus cloak-detect is far superior to Breen's.
Breen are usually just for the Breen Cruisers and their cloaking potential. I like Breen, but the prototypes are killer in early-game due to long build times.

Except that there's no difference between the cloak detect of Puretech or the Breen.   Well, you do have the option of building the hyperspace sensor, which does have a large graviton ping around the station, but station pings are pretty easily avoided.

The Breen cruiser itself really isn't an early game vessel, as it does 30% extra damage to battleships, and 20% less damage to destroyers, not counting the 40% miss rate.  To be honest, when I play breen, I almost never make the breen cruiser.  I do it for all the other benefits.

I didnt even read this, but honestly dont even start, feds are not op, i can own any fed player with borg anyday, just because you got your ass kicked doesnt mean there op

Better yet, why don't we all go on tunngle and play Fleet Ops instead of talking about playing Fleet Ops?  It's much more satisfying.

Ah, I forgot that the Tachyon beacon is on the sensor station, not hyperspace sensor station.

Cloaking is a good reason to build Breen Cruisers, unfortunately they're terrible at raiding.
