There is something in particular you should be aware of.
You feel like a battlecruiser is too weak or a race too strong? Go ahead and discuss it here :)

More popular than the Romulans?

As far as I can tell, yup
Maybe 30% Feds, about the same in terms of Dominion, then Romulans and finally Borg and then Klingons... very very few people play those last two factions I find (especially Klingons).

So I'm one of the few uses Klingons on a regular basis? I didn't expect that...

And then there's me. I have no special preference when playing, just one dislike: FedRats.
Yeah, I avoid playing as Fed. That's why I didn't like it much that when I chose "Random" on that game and I got the Feds. Yuck.

You actually dislike the Federation?

Not exactly.
What I do dislike is the "uberness" of FO Federation, and how players still want it to make it stronger.
So, I side with the "weak" faction.

My favourite faction is the federation, but I don't play them too much online just because I think they are too powerful. If they were the weakest race I would still play them

I should see you playing with the Klingons more often then

Yes Dominus you guessed my 2 favorite races!
But yes it is kind of an unfair combo and that is why I get nervous and a bit upset when someone chooses them. Unless, of coarse, they are noobs
. But it is a challege to combat both ram, warpins, and dreads.
That is a major reason why I started that ramming thread and a huge way to piss me, or any other player.

Having read the test...that's not the way you turn it into an obscenity.
Pick a moon. Put 4 tet stations around. Add between 2 to 4 additional miners. After a little while, they'll synch up with each other, and you will almost always have 4 miners unloading at that moon.
Once you've done that, you have to try to run your supplies out. Like - 6 shipyards all spamming bugs with a rally point directly in the enemy base, in addition to normal ship construction. That kind of trying.

Talk about nasty spam

I agree.
That's not exploting a bug. That's abusing the system.
With the short mining time and the overabundance of unloading points, that defeats the purpose of the long unloading time. Brutally.
Put it together with spaming bugs like they are going out of fashion, and you don't need much else to crush even a borg cube wave. Scary.
I'll put it to test, though. I'm intrigued. On Instant Action, not MP. So if I choose Dominion for playing against someone, expect from me my usual Carrier fighter spamming, but not this... travesty. This goes beyond low.

It does have the side-effect of running your other resources low, mind you. I try to avoid using that tactic to spam bugs, and just use it so I never have to worry about my supply count again.
I do admit that once I used it to spam V-13s in a test to see if there's a point where no amount of ships will stop the AI Cube-spam. My result? I think I crashed it from too many ships on screen. The entire screen was choked with V-13s BEFORE the Cube-spam arrived. A few seconds into it, and it crashed. The exact quantity, however, is unknown. I had been flooding a chokepoint for 45 minutes off 6 yards for the test. Though I think there was 10 bugs in there from when I queued up the little yard once.

Yeah I always have crashes when playing against the merciless AI Especially against the spammy Dom's, and ridiculous Borg. Too much of an S - storm for my computer to handle I guess...

V-13 is the Dread, right. I thought you were allowed to only build two.
Tampered with that too, may be?
