i think the klingons are missing a special ship the feds have the descent the romulan have the tavara and the dominion have the drednought how about giving the klingons a special unit maybe the duvahk class bird of prey which is a much larger drednought from sfc3 or maybe even the bird of death?

sorry but i think the bortas class is a waste of space in fact i dont even think ive ever seen the ai use it which says alot for it considering they use every other ship in the game

Using the AI as a comparison is not a vaid consideration Jules79. The BortaS is essentially a superweapon in this game. Even one will take out destroyers in a matter of seconds. Three will take out most of your base structures. And if you use it in conjunction with the cloak... well, it's very very hard to avoid.

Besides, need I remind you that the Dominion's Dreadnought is mixed tech only?

the negh'var should be stronger in attack and defense and they shoulld be finished faster because it's the single strong ship that the klingons have

that maybe the case but both the tavara and the drednought have offensive values of over 100 only the feds and the klingons dont have a ship that comes anywhere near them and so what if a bortas can take out destroyers easily u forget they are practically useless against the borg

what about the vorcha up untill the neghvar it was the most powerfull ship in the klingon fleet how about making it stronger and only buildable at the imperial yard?

We are getting into circular argumentation again I am afraid. A single ship is not, I repeat, IS NOT good for all situations. You wouldn't ask the Sang' to perform destroyer mopping exercises would you? Of course not. However, this Klingon vessel takes out Borg vessels quite handily.

Wait, you just said that the Feds did have a super ship. Now they don't? Still doesn't change the fact that the Dominoin Dreadnought is not available normally.

The Vor'cha already is the mainstay of the Klingon fleet.

i didnt say the feds dont have a special ship i said the klingons and feds dont have anything that matches the attack power of the tavara and the drednought the descent can be usefull because of its shield reset ability the only real strong point for the klingons is the ability to produce large amounts of ships in a fairly short time albeit only smaller ships
