Generix Support Refit Shield recharge too strong in big numb

I guess they could put the bolt on the Frigate refit? It has no ability at all atm.

it doesn't need a special, it eats small ships fine without one lol.

Don't the passive's count as specials?

Well I'm not too happy with the idea of having no support refits. As the romulan are usually special ability users, they are the first that come to my mind as support ship utilizers.

A support refit for a d'deridex would be fine:

The plasma bolt does not fit the frigate at all. A plasma bolt is for disabling big ships and the frigate is constructed to figh small ships. That does not fit together.

by special i meant special weapon. which doesnt include passives as they arent weapons, in fact some passives are purely defence oriented.

the frigate has the suppresive shields passive which reduces pulse damage (on top of the reduction for being medium sized) and the weapons that munch on weak defence ships.
