How'd you like to play the Federation in that scenario?
Yeah no thanks.

I'd say "We either destroy them with a struggle of rage and fury, or we die in an eternal blaze swearing vengance one day!"

After all, pure power is what the Dominion, Borg, and Klingons all want. the Romulans just want to keep up with everyone else and the Federation just want to be able to survive. I am beginning to question just how balanced things are...
FleetOps is mainly balanced, except the general consensus that klingons need some kind of boost and cascade feedback is bugged and is too powerful. There is nothing you can to to beat someone who abuses it.

The Cube in Wolf 359 is a Command Cube
(in FO lore I believe)

No, according to some database I really dug into they refered to it as an "Assimilation Cube" or "Collective Cube". I guess it would mean it being the Collective's "Prime Weapon".

in the best of both words data clearly states the borg cube had exactly the same demensions as the 1 they encountered in system j25 in the episode q who so was that one a command cube too or are all cubes the same?

I'd imagine all Cubes have the same dimentions, since the tech is more important than the size.

@ Jules79: ask the Devs, I only post what I know for sure

In terms of offense and defense, a Borg cube is a fleet in and of itself. Common capabilities of cubes include high warp (transwarp) capabilities, self-regeneration and multiple redundant systems, rapid adaptability to almost any assault, and various beam (tractor beams and cutting beams) and missile weapons. A single Borg cube has, on multiple occasions, taken on entire Federation fleets and held its own. Cubes have been known to carry sphere ships in cavities covered by large slide-away hatches in the outermost layers; however, it is unknown if this is common.

/Correction/: This is how you believe a Borg Cube should be in Fleet Operations.
As far as Fleet Operations lore goes, the Cube at Wolf 359 was a Command Cube, not a regular Cube. I'm sure the Devs have their reasons, and eventually we will know about the storyline.

and if you make cubes ven stronger and so you need even less cubes, then borg would be even more weak against weapon disabling.
