lost cd years ago and really would like to play fleet ops

hello all.

i have recently purchased a windows vista comp so i could play armada 2. i had to lift the file off of a old windows 98 comp and copy it to my vista.( lost the cd years ago) then i got the exe from a demo so i could play the game without needing a disk. now i have found fleet ops and would really like to play it, it looks amazing. is there any way to do so without a cd?
