Hello,

i recently got a new Computer and Reinstalled Armada II and Fleetops

Running Armada II fine
Running Armada II Fleetops wont start

when i have it started nothing happens it stays on desktop but in the taskmanager theres a running Armada2.exe but nothing shows up

Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002) Service Pack 2 (6002.vistasp2_gdr.130308-1436)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8146MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640
Display Memory: 2741 MB
Current Mode: 1600 x 900 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Description: Speakers (High Definition Audio Device)


the Trick in the FAQ to use "D3D9=True" doesnt work, and i think i have the newest Display Driver (already downloading the newest one to doublecheck)

hey my download star trek armada 2 wont work it i need 50 mb free on my hard drive and virtual memory

Did you install FO with the A2 disk or an existing installation?

i installed from diks and then FO over it.

i just deleted everything, and reinstalled FleetOps using "use the disc" option..

Running in WinVista64 = Nothing happens
Running in Compatiblity for WinXP = Nothing happens
Running in Compatiblity for Win98 = it Runs but slow and laggs = unplayable and error on close

did some more attemps on win95 mode, 1vs1 against computer its "possible" but laggs alot.

1vs7 its impossible as it laggs too hard for anything to do.


anything i can really do to get it started in Vista64?
