Borg Error

The AI Borg, on Medium, at least, loves to spam scout cubes and assimilators once its economy is running. It doesnt seem to "build" or research threat aggregation so its priority only builds up from finalzing ships, I think? (Or maybe the opposite?)

Another Borg error maybe: Is the transwarp-effect missing?

a cool transwarp effect will be added with 3.1 (which will be our major graphic update )

i'm currently working on a better AI, its a bit difficult to have the AI build modules and the like
