A plain numbered version of a card is okay just dont get an SE for radeons.!!!!!! But I personaly hate ME and would rather run windows 2000, but since I have XP and XP just likes me im gonna stick with it.

Hey guys i actually just upgraded my drivers for my Nvidia graphic card and now i got Nvidia RIVA TNT2 Model 64 Pro and this actually had a huge affect on the gameplay and now i can run the game on high res with 3/4 graphics smoothly but im still gonna get a new card cause when beta 3 comes out this upgrade will mean nothing and beta 3 is gonna need more power from the graphics card which my out of date one probably can't support but i can get alot out of an out dated card lol

guys im starting to think my problem may actually be a memory prob cause i just tried installing elite force 1 and before this installation it used to run great i could put the textures the highest they could go which i belive was very high and the game would run smooth but now its very sluggish and sloppy and then i tried a2 and its the same thing its very sluggish and i know that this isn't due to my graphics card

well the amount of ram is enough for the most games available... ur main problem is ur graphic-card, i had the TNT2 Ultra in my old pc... the gpu and memory is too slow, beside the only 32mb on that card, which is the next problem... no matter what the driver says... the tnt2 got 32.. (maybe the card is too old that the newer drivers dont know the cards specs, same thing happened with my S3 card)...

thing that sucks about computers is you can buy a piece of new technology but the next day that tech is out dated and old news lol its a money trap to keep makin people get new tech then they produce these new programs where u have to get the tech or u can't use them without problems lol

Or you just curl up into a ball and wait until computers have reaxhed their peak without storing data on a sub atomic level.
