Myles wrote:bomber spam is better than breen spam as the special can catch a dancing sphere by surprise. i prefer regen spheres too, the advantage of lazor spam spheres is that it can force multiple weak bombers to run at a time, but wont kill any of them.

And then out come the Dodecahedrons

if u let the enemy build up a counter to you after you kill a sphere u deserve it.

after killing a sphere you should repair damaged ships and go on the offense, even dode turrets die rather quickly to bombers

you should have enough bombers to handle the dodes they now build, and by this time cut off their mining, expand yourself and build something better like a large yard.

as u killed their sphere you wont have to worry about much reprisal.

And never forget that bombers have crap for crew, so a couple assims will wreack havoc on them.

Remember that Borg gameplay isn't static Myles :). If my opponent is building masses of Bombers, I see no reason why I shouldn't build Dodecas to counter them.

Aye Silent, and consider that Bombers take more from Assims as well :)

true, but u cant magically make a fleet of them appear, u have to spend time rebuilding. the dom player must have several bombers if they just handed some death to a sphere. they should attack with those bombers, instead of letting u amass dodes.
