Undefeatable Strategies?

The different version is because of the different 3.0.7 patch you don't have.

you don't need an account, just fill the top box with your name you want to use and that is all you need

and you are looking for a FO game , which ever one you want.

I'm not sure you need the mm pack, scene it is only music

As for unbeatable strategies, only one I know and am any good at is the classic Rhienn rush, which im sure a couple of people here can vouch for

id love an unbeatable strategy that doesnt require microing and where i can set my ships to search and destroy.

What's the point in playing then honestly?
I guess just edit your odfs (since you won't be playing online anyway) and make all your ships invincible.

i like watching the battles.  its fun to just sit back an relax and watch fleets of ships blow the shit out of each other.  i figure that im the grand admiral of starfleet and everyone else is a captain.  i give them the strategy and they employ the tactics.

some games i play for a challenge (mostly shooters) and other games i play to relax.  RTS games fit that category.  i love playing EAW and using the cinematic camera while an imperial AI dukes it out with a rebel AI.

and eventually i will play online in fact i will challenge you to a duel.  only you cant play as the borg cause someone said you were unbeatable as the borg.  and i get to be the feds cause i like the feds and you have to be someone else cause feds wouldnt fight feds.

Sure, I'll gladly play. Just give me a time etc or contact me via MSN. Honestly, I've been testing various Optimize Borg strategies with Mal for the past two weeks or so (needed for the upcoming Borg Strat redo), so I've barely even touched any of the other factions

EDIT: Oh, and I'm hardly invincible as the Borg (Zaxxon was referring to a game I had with him when I was just starting to test out Opti)--it just requires a bit of a different playstyle to fight them.

havent played much lately.....work has picked up and been doing my annual run throughs of deus ex and vampire bloodlines.  my two favorite games.  figured id wait till patch 3.08 for the new snazzy interface.

My best strategy is while playing the romulans: I choose helev and built up the tech tree until I get the griffins and generix support refits. The griffins are very good now, and the generixes will recharge their shields and inflict some decent damage themselves. I use this combo to harass the enemy until I get out my D'deridexes and Norexans and the Tavara of course.

I've only lost once using this tactics to a merciless AI.

My so called unbeatable strategy with romulans, only used once, was to do everything to keep the combat unwinable for both sides for as long as possible/ enought to build a shipyard right behind my fleet. Then get in the Tavara warbird marines when the Battleships roll in. Capture and repair 6 ships, and the fight starts to go incredibly in your favor. How to keep the combat unwinnable, depends on what the enemy does realy. It is not unbeatable, but I think It would win more than that time. Not applicable for vs borg .
Borg Vs Borg though, use miner ships as troop cariers vs borg destroyers when defending, or even attacking depending on the economic situation, but that was only against bots, and I lost... :b
