One way to counter Breen Cruiser Spam as Romulan

Sorry, I didn't explain this well.  I meant that one of the benefits of the mixed tech frigate is that it does extra damage to ships with a defense of 20 or below, not that it takes extra damage itself.   It was late when I posted this, which is why it's mainly a jumble of words.

No offense man, but if you weren't advocating it, why write it?  Part of why I wrote this was to help people not use Sensor Jammer spam and give them viable tactics to counter breen cruisers, without having to resort to something that will make people not want to play games with them anymore.

  Perhaps I have missed a decision reached in the forums that Jammer and Engine Overload are officially exploits.  I was aware that they were only in poor taste.  THUS, I'm not advocating it, simply saying that it exists and works.  If it's in poor taste, so be it.  We still kite even though it's being altered.  If it's been officially recognized as a borderline exploit then no matter.

  Lol.  And Breen cruiser spams make me not want to play with them either

Well, kiting doesn't destroy all of your vessels with the click of one button, does it? .  And every single faction has a way to completely dominate Breen cruisers, even now.  It's just that the next patch will balance out kiting.  It's still better to have a strong, balanced fleet, imo.  Even so, I do agree that mindless breen cruiser and battleship spam are annoying, but it makes victory all the sweeter when you totally stomp it with valid tactics.

And Dom, sorry about the sweating.  It's part of the symptoms of a rare, alien disease I've contracted.  I've only 48 Zhartarian hours to live!   The good new is a Zhartarian hour is about 1 Earth year, so don't organize the wake just yet.
