if used in right moment that special can turn the outcome of battle

Escort Cruiser used in singlets is extraordinarily powerful - since it boosts your attack power by 45%... well, you can imagine the effects. Plus, they have a decent speed and thus can keep up with most other small units. :)

S-2s are essentially support cruisers which are mainly built for their special ability, but have powerful offensive capabilities in their own right. The effect has a short range, so it is best that you have your S-2 right in the middle of your fleet when you activate it, to get the most of your ability.

Maybe  :shifty:

Breen cruisers are great in large numbers.

Well ... any fast kiters with long range tend to be good in large numbers.  I can't wait to see breen cruisers get nuetered by patch 3.0.8

My strategy usually revolves around large numbers of breen cruisers to take on early ships before tech'ing up to breen battleships and dreads.

Lol and we're aaaaaaaaall aware :D

It takes a good player and alot of mistakes on my part for me to lose when i opt for this strat.

I respectfully disagree.  All it takes is destroying your first fleet for you to quit!  :P

Now count how many times me and you have had a 1on1, that would be none

Now count how many time we had played each other at all, i would count 1 maybe 2 and i only recall quitting 1 for a good reason.

  Lol @ you my British friend.  Show me when you specified 1 v 1.  You mass Breen cruisers whether it 's 1 v 1 or 8 v 8 or 1 v 1 v 1 v 1.  What the teams are is irrelevant.

We all know you mass Breen cruisers.  Every time we play you we know beforehand.  Nothing wrong with that, but when you point out that it takes "a good player and you making mistakes" to beat you, I will disagree.  I've beaten you 1 v 1 and 2 v 2 and 1 v 1 v 1 and you have a bad habit of quitting when your first breen cruiser fleet dies.

  So there :P
