The Paint over looks pretty ugly, the concept draw is a bit too flat for my taste, the draft render however looks quite good to me.
Well, it's not as beautiful as the D, but it's not that far away from E. I've seen worse concepts for an Enterprise.

Edit: I still don't see what we need an Enterprise F for, we got an E and it has not been destroyed. Consequently the whole idea is strange.

i put aweful [sic]

i really do hope cbs never puts this in anything canon. if i was religious, i'd even pray they dont.

if u look at the century class, that has elements that are a new, and elements that remind you of the past, and the century is a brilliant design. proves it can be done. this design is just plain ugly. it isnt the ugliest ship ever though, sadly there has been worse.

I am curious of any ship that could be worse. Link Myles?

Now those are ugly ships.

Their Enterprise-F looks like the best design available compared to those ships.  Personally, I would like them to fuse the saucer with the fuselage on that ship.

Just kidding!  :lol:

I've been taking my sociology class too seriously and have a tendency of "applying" it to "real" life.. >.>;;

I have to say I do like some parts but other parts it's like ... "ew"

The Cetnruy or the Eclipse class should have won it, both are far better then that pos. In fact both are better then the E too..

DJ couldn't even submit his ships because a) you couldn't use an existing design and b) he's Canadian and not a resident of the 45 US states even eligable for this.

Um, there are 50 states in the US.

only 45 were allowed because your states have different laws.

Only 45 are eligible TCR.

That whole eligibility thing is rather foolish if you ask me. why would they want to cut out so many places? Some of the best ship designs I've seen came from Canada and the UK. It's not very fair at all...

But then again, if there are legal blocks, I guess it would make sense. Still, foolish...

well thats the law the americans have. im not sure if there was a prize for the competition, maybe if there was a prize, it would restrict the places that could enter.
