I think so too but they could get into trouble when the meet a race they cant assimilate again :S

well the fact is we dont know if the borg can asimlate the jim-ha-dar ans i am not sher what thay whood do with a chaling if thay cote one.

its posabul if thay cot a chaling thay cood asinalte it but not in the same whay thay asimalte soled life forms.
for instents thay inject a chaling with anites that dont form to gether in set thay move a rawnd working to gether. this whood let the borg controle the chaling in difrant forms. but what is cleer is the borg will have to adapt when thay rech the domon wich i am sher thay will.
but be for thay rech the doman thay will reech the fedration that will be tuff.

well if you remiber the last epsode of vog fucher jane whay had all that tech that she she clamed was made to fite the borg. if the feds make that kinda tech we will not have a problom.

yeah only that technolygy was decades later and i bet the borg woudl have adapted by then or atleast have some counter measures. and now the borg know of the technology so i bet they will adapt

Ack cursed Janeway letting the Borg have all the cool stuff. At least we can hope that the Borg will find it a bit harder than that to adapt to transphasic torpedos ... muahahaha. Hey I wonder what would happen to a Jemhadar battleship that's hit with one ...

Welcome to the forums, Captain Munro. About assimilating the Dominion, the Borg would easily assimilate the Jem'hadar. Sure, the Jem'hadar are drug-enhanced, but by being drones, they only need energy from their alcoves so that their drone bodies would produce regular amounts of Ketracel White. The Vorta would be just useless drones unless some with telekinetic abilities were added to the Collective. As for the Founders, it would be just like dealing with Species 8472: useful for assimilation but incapable at present to be assimilated. 8472 and the Founders are the ultimate in perfection for the Borg.

The borg might not assimalate them, concidering the amount of resources required to keep the Jem'Hadar drones alive. It might not be worth it.

maybe the borg would assimilate some soldiers just to get a DNA sample to make other drones more resilient or something, but it seems like those assimilated Jemhadar would still need their narcotics, which would be an unacceptable price for the Borg to pay (completely new infrastructure to produce KW)

I'm sure the Borg could tamper with the Jem'hadars genetic code to where they wouldn't need Ketrecel White anymore.
