Everyone remember the phrase, "I am looking for Nucular Wessels." I loved that.

1.) The Undiscovered Country: "Cry havoc! And let slip the dogs of war!" - A more than worthy finale for the TOS crew.
2.) First Contact: "The line must be drawn here. And I will make them PAY for what they've done!" - Great effects, nice dark atmosphere, and a magnificent performance by Patrick Stewart.
3.) the Wrath of Khan: "The ship... out of danger...?" - The first time they had acting on Star Trek. And the space battle is a classic.

About the others:
TMP: Argh! The acting! The UNIFORMS! BUT: the ship looked great and the story was probably the one that captured Star Trek's spirit the best.
TSFS: Bad overacting, a Christopher Lloyd was disappointing as Klingon and the whole movie seems a little badly thought out. Honorary mention for the first appearance of the Klingon BoP and the Excelsior!
TVH: Fun, but nothing special. Ah, yes, and "Nucular Wessels".
TFF: Dull, apart from Kirk, Spock & McCoy and some of the better jokes Trek had. "Row, row, row your boat..."
Gen: Space battle was bad, but Malcolm McDowell was great as Soran and I always at least watch the part with the Ent-B. "Don't tell me... Tuesday."
Ins.: Liked the self-irony of that one. And the bad guy was enjoyable, too.
Nemesis: Found it immensly boring to watch. Only positive point: the new Romulan warbirds. But I'd have preferred D'deridex class.

You dont know shakespere until youve experienced it in the original klingon.

TUC seemed to show drama as well as Klingon life. It was also as Chekov said:
"So, this is goodbye." Well said for the cast and crew of TOS.

it was a good end for the tos crew.

...with much respect and dignity. We'll miss them, but we can always see them on DVD/VHS/TV. ^_^

Oh ya...I forgot about the DVDs. I've been trying to get the last season of TNG but it cost $100 and I'm a bit strapped for cash. Why do they have to make them so damn expensive!?

They make them so expensive because they just came out, and they know more will buy them when they just come out. The price goes down later.

Maybe I'll find a deal on Ebay, they always have someting there.

You must account for the number of DVDs in the season package, too, but you might be right on one thing. It is a simple matter of economics in respect to supply and demand. Since it's all in high demand, the price will be somewhat high, but when the demand is low, the price is low.

I love TMP actually. Not for the acting or the uniforms. I love it for the Sound-track and the visuals and the plot. The plot was excellent. Im an evolutionist and i see that film the enbodiment of what i believe. A computer obtaining so much knowledge it evolves into consciousness. I love the film. Also the V'ger visuals inspire much of my artwork. IT is the most artistic Star Trek film. And if you havent noticed i am very artistic. :D

I totally agree with you on TMP. It was a good movie although I voted for TUC, but they're both good. I saw the bonus footage on DVD, and it's interesting how TMP came into being.

Although I haven't really seen all of them, actually I've only seen one, I like Nemisis, even if it was the only mivie out of them all that I saw. It had a great story line and great ship designs. It was almost like seeing armada 2 come to life!!
