1.) The Undiscovered Country: "Cry havoc! And let slip the dogs of war!" - A more than worthy finale for the TOS crew.
2.) First Contact: "The line must be drawn here. And I will make them PAY for what they've done!" - Great effects, nice dark atmosphere, and a magnificent performance by Patrick Stewart.
3.) the Wrath of Khan: "The ship... out of danger...?" - The first time they had acting on Star Trek. And the space battle is a classic.
About the others:
TMP: Argh! The acting! The UNIFORMS! BUT: the ship looked great and the story was probably the one that captured Star Trek's spirit the best.
TSFS: Bad overacting, a Christopher Lloyd was disappointing as Klingon and the whole movie seems a little badly thought out. Honorary mention for the first appearance of the Klingon BoP and the Excelsior!
TVH: Fun, but nothing special. Ah, yes, and "Nucular Wessels".
TFF: Dull, apart from Kirk, Spock & McCoy and some of the better jokes Trek had. "Row, row, row your boat..."
Gen: Space battle was bad, but Malcolm McDowell was great as Soran and I always at least watch the part with the Ent-B. "Don't tell me... Tuesday."
Ins.: Liked the self-irony of that one. And the bad guy was enjoyable, too.
Nemesis: Found it immensly boring to watch. Only positive point: the new Romulan warbirds. But I'd have preferred D'deridex class.
