    Ok I have decided to combine all of your ideas. we have 400000 cubes approach the federation base against 1 voyager, and after an hour, the voyager finaly has to get repaired then shoots a full spread of transphasic torpedoes and we see all 400000 explode in chain reaction, but the explosion kills everything!

Then we cut to the Borg queen mutter to herself, "Janeway!".

I'd say keep it open. If this battle is the ending of the intro, the audience doesn't need to see a victor.

Yeah, imagine putting the last two minutes of a movie as the theatrical trailer.  Just have em toss out their one liners "We are the..."/" Engage..." etc) and rush each other.  Fade to black.

Perhaps have the Cube transwarp in in front of the Federation fleet, have the screen cut to black after a moment, play the Borg hail, then have the logo fade in.

Maybe something like that. Yeah, that would be cool. A combi of mine of yours maybe? Where the Cube massacres half the Fed fleet, then locks onto an Intrepid with a holding beam. Then the screen fades to black, then: "We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance, is futile...". Then it shows the logo and name "Star Trek: Armada 2 - Fleet Operations".

Yeah, How about this?

The wounded fleet heads twards the base when suddenly a borg cube just trans warps in(appears behind them) All goes black and you hear the borg greeting.  You see like a 3 second shot of all the fed ships truning around throwing all they have into the cube, Voices screaming, saying full spread, engage the cube, ect, then the the screen looks upwards  and the FO logo appears. 

This is gonna be so cool no matter what you do mate!
