There are a number of humorous inclusions on the Galaxy class' MSD that are not visible on-screen, but can be seen in the TNG Technical Manual. These include a duck, a Porsche, the Empire State Building on its side, and a hamster in a wheel. Not sure if there are similar surprises on other MSDs though.
