It was a joke, when Eufnoc said:

"all them stupid noises all them numbers all them sh*ttey smilieys that have different codes to everything else"

I said that Eufnoc was in fact talking about the mod and not ICQ, therefor I thought other people would laugh because I doubt even tho I haven't played the mod that there is anything like that in it.
