The irony is that if people did a little bit of research, they'd probably see that all those mods are available FOR FREE. So by the mechanics of micro economics, this guy shouldn't be making any money at all.

There will always be someone who will buy it though, thinking they're getting a bargain. The buyer at the top of his 1559 feedbacks bought it. I think there is grounds for sueing, even if Activision are no longer around, as he is distributing Star Wars and Star Trek content without a proper license.

Someone needs to release a mod based upon RIFTS.

Then, when this joker adds it to his pack, point it out to Palladium Games.  Siembieda has a rep for suing the crap out of people for doing anything with his property.

Under British law, any of the developers can sue him and the A2 EULA only prevents us from selling things for a profit.  

So, you can sell these things for a loss!

I've reported this person to eBay before, and have just done it again. Unfortunately he seems to keep coming back.
