Daleks vs. Borg...who would win?

Well, I have wondered this myself. I think the Borg would win because they would just adapt to Dalek weaponry and assimilate their empire. What do you guys think?

And hard to say. Borg can adapt, Daleks are immune to nearly everything.

ARG! Hasn't anybody here watched Doctor Who? (Hears crickets. sigh) Anyway, the Daleks are a race of mutants from the planet Skaro, created by the insane scientist Davros. They hate all species that are not pure Dalek, and look like pink, grey, or green blobs in bonded polycarbide armor. They are armed with a gunstick which can instantly kill most creatures and a plunger that can crush skulls and do various other tasks. They are one of the most powerful and hated races in the whoiverse, and have been presumed extinct several times.

I believe the daleks would put up a good fight, but because they are biological, I believe they are able to become infected by nanites, therefore, the Dalek-Borg would win

That would be a fierce enemy...assimilated Daleks...

well 8472 are biological and they cnt be assimilated plus they are fully armourded and produce a heat field that makes them invulnerable to normal weaponry so i guess the borg couldnt get near enuf to assimilate them

The Borg can also assimilate non-biological tech, they've already shown the ability to interface directly with the technology of Starfleet ships using the assimilation tubes.

thats true...

However, there are alot more borg, than Daleks.  Infact, the daleks(generally) are an extinct race, so unless its at the hight of the great time war, i doubt they would have a chance though...

I think it would be an excellent battle.

The real question would be...replicators, vs borg.(though I could'a sworn that someone had already posted about that)

I suppose it depends on how far the Dalek Immunity extends. IF they proved to be immune to nanoprobes then I'd say even a lone Dalek would prove to be a pretty tough nut to crack.

Still, it'd make a pretty interesting match up:
Borg - "You will be assimilated!"
Dalek - "Exterminate"
Borg - "Assimilate!"
