So we have all played with Boggz at one time or another, and after several games waiting for Boggz to load up I began to wonder, what does Boggz run in that computer of his? Its already known that he powers his computer via a hampster, but what else does he have under the hood? I posted the most likely options I could think of, Id like to see what the FO community thinks :)

seems like the second one.  He told me he plays on graphics settings med-low also. :sweatdrop: :whistling:

He needs to invest in a second Piggy-Core.

Lol.

In your poll you said "Your crazy...".

If Boggz adds another 3 Hamsters we might be able to get a smooth FO game going, problem is he's too cheap to do so :D

Well if you get too many hampsters together they would prolly try to kil each other giving Boggz a BSOD. We wouldnt want that now would we.

Can't add more Hamsters.

  They'd eat each other.

I want a serious answer, what are the true specs? Is it simply an olde Win 98 Desktop that you put XP on? :wheelchair:

Or is it a $25 laptop that you got at a garage sale?

How much RAM does it have?

What is the age of the Graphic card?

How old is your PC?

What is its current value of your PC?

We want the truth...

I have an HP Pavilion Laptop that I bought in 2007 to take with me to Europe.

  It runs on:

Windows XP
1.79 Ghz Processor
1.5 GB RAM
Integrated Video Card

The reason it's slow sometimes is because I have so much material on it.  Lots of pictures and such :).

It's really not SUPER slow ... for some reason I just take a bit longer to load up Flops than everyone else.

Oh, and my specs are only slightly slower than Dom's :D

Hmmm..... have you thought of going up to 2 or 3 GB? Maybe the computer is slow because of other processes filling the memory. :on2long:
