Odd question. Why would they make it for the current Fleet Ops, when they're so far along with the next patch? They'd have to redo it from scratch pretty much immediately.

TCR, yet again you have sidestepped every part of my posts and just reinforced your ignorance of what I said. What a load of rubbish. Pointing out everyone elses "flaws" (even those I have already explained to you) whilst ignoring your own. You're as bad as them. As for the mathemetical &q...

TCR: So you took my mathematically-based analogy literally? Wow. *rolls eyes* If you can't see past the literal, than far from being "not as stupid as" I think you are, I was in fact giving you too much credit. Evolution is far more complex than a simple addition problem, of course. I was ...

To make a web-based version of Fleet Ops would involve writing an entire new engine, an entire new game. So no, I'd say it's not feasible. Would take a hell of a lot more time than the mod itself, so not worth it at all. A Fleet Ops themed mini-game on the website, though, would be cool. I don't mea...

Atlantis: Okay, but what about the experiment that put all of the protein and genetic structures (the complex structures that make up life) in a lifeless environment? That experiment didn't produce life either. My point is, that every approach taken to create life without any preexisting life has f...

TCR, to repeat my previous point, the failing of the Miller experiments does not show any kind of failing in Evolution theory. The Miller experiments tested ONE possible way that life could be created from non-life. ONE. An electrical spark. ONE way. Not ALL possible ways. It's failure proves nothin...

TCR does seem to go down the same path that many alternative theories follow, that is to state a "fact", then explain how this causes that, that causes the other, etc etc, until "proving" creation or "discrediting" evolution. Unfortunately, it all hinges on whether the ...

that's not true, laptops cut the battery off when they are full and the cable is still plugged in. the battery is then being "stored" in the butt of your laptop. batteries naturally get hot when charging, so if the battery is not full then there's no need to remove it. i concur that leavi...

One more question. If im using the laptop with it plugged in to the wall, is that having any effect on the battery? Or is the power coming straight from the wall? it's charging the battery. the power to run the laptop should be skipping the battery, as you can run the laptop with no battery if it's...

Dom has made no point at all cause he doesn't understand what influences the decision whether a community patch is meaningful or not. I explained to him and to you what we need to build one rather than wasting our time in case a ptach is provided within a few weeks (who knows...). You've still igno...

Two simple points: 1) Why not just be happy with what already exists, rather than whining about how long the next bit is taking? Enjoy what has already been done. 2) If you're not happy with some aspect of the game or balance, why not just sort it for yourself, tweak it until you are happy with it. ...

i think this thread is kinda pointless...... its not helping for sure. just enjoy the current one and paitently wait ofr the next one. +1 It's not up to us how long it takes, it's up to them. And I'm happy to wait until they are happy enough with their work to release it, rather than having a fixed...

Because startrek never caught on in asia so they would hardly hear of fleet ops would they since english is far from their native language. That way madness lies. If we have that, we'd also have to have a "Future" pack with the "Endgame Negh'Var", with the model of a Neggie but the stats of a B'Rel. Blade, have you thought about not just sticking to one mirror universe? Maybe have a talk with Majestic on MSFC, ...
