I think Canny is using Google translate....
In any event it's probably best to heed Dom's advice and post this is the technical support forums. But If it has to do with NAT that stands for Network Address Translation. It has to do with your hardware firewall which is in your router. You probably need to open a port and route it to its destination on your network. This is common for many VPN clients.
