Arash the main issue here in my eyes is this.

Acheron has been waiting days for you on tunngle and teamspeak.  He has been on for hours nearly all day for the last 5 days.  He has messaged you multiple times, and so have I on his behalf.  You came on last night and didnt say speak when we asked if you would play him.  The least you can do is communicate with Acheron and the rest of your bracket and let you know what you plan is, so that they know they dont have to wait for you, or so that you can arrange a time to play.  

Arash you are in the elite 8 of the tournament.  You are a good player, you only need to win 3 games to be tied in the tournament and have the chance to play a tie-braker to advance.  Its unfortunate that you dont want to play the rest of your games, but i encourage you to do so.  And if not, at least let the rest of your bracket know that your not going to play.

It's up to boggz to whoop some butt with Klingon! Hope you have new strategies to show us to defeat Borg, fed,etc!

I also blew up a fuse cuz of other topic and how i am being reminded that "oh borg can beat fed easily blah blah blah" - if that's the case then YOU DO IT!
- but then again i get the response "oh i can't you are a better borg blah blah blah" .... -.-

  Erm  , I wasn't saying you could beat fed easily at all.  That was Drrr making everything confusing.  I was saying that, if the Boarding Ability were standard for Assim Avatar, a player like you could EASILY break every other race.  That was a great big "IF" Drrrr's proposed change were to happen.

  I know you have a hard time beating Feds, just like I have a damn hard time beating you with my best race, Klingons .  Don't freak out!

Arash, I know you're upset but to put it bluntly, the Fleet Ops community needs you.  You are considered the best borg player we have, and your expert play returns balance information the devs need to make the borg redo work.  It's a pretty awesome position to have, you've gotta admit, "If Arash can't win against it, the game may need to be changed."

Unfortunately, there are 2 sides to that coin.  The Fleet Ops community needs you to take a dive sometimes as well.  We need you to play unfair games and lose to unfair strategies, then go back and do it again until we've got enough information to make the game better.

So finish your games, dude.  And remember, you didn't pay for a finished game here.  You're not a customer, you're a community game tester.  An elite community game tester.  Get back to work, and I'll see if I can find some hot girls to be your groupies.

FINE! for 3 reasons!

1. No more gay jokes/making fun of me! -.-
2. stop using me as a "tool" in your stupid argument
3. Go to Member Roster and count total number of republicans and tell me the number of female republicans (click their name to see if they are a female if no image, type their name in google and type "wiki" at the end to see their wiki page - or if you are not afraid of dirty images just type name and go to images)

Erm, but trying to convince you to finish your tourney games is most decided ly on topic ...  Don't make the Boggzie come get you Arash!!!
 
  If I add you on Facebook will you keep playing?    Do it just to see if Feds even CAN be beaten with Borg.  If one of the best Borg players can't find a way to do it, that should be a pretty good indicator that something might need to be changed .  For the Children of Fleetops, Arash!  Do it for the children!!!!

Guys..  let's leave the balance talk to another thread.

Arash, please play your remaining games as they affect others in the group.  Others ability to move on depends on your games.  In essence, if you drop, they drop.

All,
I realize the tourney is dragging on.  These things do with the different time zones etc.  It is important to remember that this is for fun.  If you lose, don't worry....there are no rankings, no medals, no money involved.  If we learn some neat balancing item...that's even better.  The game has improved dramatically (imo) based in no small part to the great battles of the last three tournaments.

Let's keep this fun...good luck!

Whoa, what's going on here? Please don't quit Arash, I and Acheron aren't unbeatable . Yes, warp in rush is tough, before my first game of the 3rd round against Acheron I thought I had a useful strat against it. Then I lost .
However, I changed the strat and won the 2nd game . I was also tired of playing Feds, I had to face them in 9 of 13 tourney matches. It was always but 1time warp in rush. But you can't imagine the feeling when kicking Fed asses hard, there is nothing better. Just go there and do it. I do also stay in the tourney, even though I know I'll have to face Boggz at some point, he'll kick me just like in the last tourney, but who cares? We came that far, everything is bonus now.

Edit: I've simply been quite busy during the last weeks, but nevertheless I hope I have some spare evenings the following days. Would be great to see you then Arash.
