Anyone want to play Sigma online?

isnt installing sigmas as simple as copying and pasting your existing stock fleetops directory somewhere. then copying sigma over that.

simpler.  sigma has an installer that will install it on a second install. you don't even have to copy it onto it.

My installation instructions:

- Copy Fleet Ops (unless you don't want separate games)
- Paste Sigma's data folder over the FO one.

Very nice!  you should post this advertisement on msfc. I bet you would get a couple of takers because they really like your mod over there.

Why not... I've never tried playing online, don't want my posterior violated by 1337 H4X0RZ W17H 3XP3R13NC3, I don't know a single thing about FO tactics. Sigma is different, though, I might try that. I'm UTC+2 atm, which is rather inconvenient for online.

utc+2, thats eastern europe isnt it? there are plenty of players from eastern europe, and you're only 1 hour different from central europe, and we have plenty of those playing online, germany has a particularly strong group.

Tried playing instant action ... just crashes.

I launch game, start instant action,start game then 5 secs in loading and crash to desktop.

UTC+2 is central europe, right now.  We're usually UTC+1. I hate DST.
