Anyone want to try and play Sigma on tunngle? I've been dying to do a 2 v 2 but can only seem to get about 3 people to play.  :sweatdrop:

For those that don't know what Sigma is, it's basically my insane mod for Fleet Ops:

how does sigma work with crappy systems like mine? it looks like there are a lot of ships and weapons firing and stuff, which could make my computer scream for mercy.

It is still just beta 2.0, but think of it like FO beta 2.  It was a fully functional mod even though it was still in beta form.

Everything multiplayer is indeed done. All that's left to do is the single player campaign which Megadroid and I are working on. And of course balance... but that can only be done with multiplayer matches,  :whistling:

O its not a stand alone installation :(

Well i dont want to screw up my normal fleet ops install and its too much effort to create a new install and location and mod that when i have so much vodka in my system so i try later or when this becomes less work to play.

its not.  I think this one installes off the CD or something.  and honestly, copying and pasting your install isn't too much work to install something like Sigma.

Yeah the pathing bugs with the President should be fixed by the next patch, which I'll have out shortly after the next FO patch releases.  :shifty:

Yes it is because i would screw up my normal fleet ops install and would have to install another again seperatly.

isnt installing sigmas as simple as copying and pasting your existing stock fleetops directory somewhere. then copying sigma over that.

no need to use a cd of any kind. no risk to existing fleetops installs, as all you are doing is copying it somewhere else.
