I checked back at the website and didn't notice until I both realised that the timer was counting UP and above it the link had changed to "Fleet Ops". I couldn't believe it, but I loaded up this page asap and found it was true! Yay! 

EDIT: But alas! It will not download! "Service Unavailable", apparently...
