BSG Mini Mod Project Update Thread

I was for a time making my own BSG mod which was vastly different to Adm_Z which would've at the end had four full factions/sides. Colonials, Cylons, 13th Tribe (my creation) and Terran Alliance (from the BSG Prometheus Fan Fiction).
However a few issues has kind of burned me with BSG at the moment so I decided to continue work on my Star Trek Enterprise mod.
I won't say anymore on this as this is Adm_Z's thread not mine. If you want to know more feel free to PM me.

I have no problem with you talking about it here, and I'm sorry you have decided not to continue with it as you were making some great progress. 
But I understand where you're coming from, and I just as eagerly await your ent mod.

Thanks mate, I have talked to Chiletrek about it and have decided down the track to pick it up again, but for now and the foreseeable future FO players will at least have your mod to get their BSG vibes. Stock has the Half Race Mod too so everyone is a winner.
I'll be back into it at some point, I always end up going back to mods I have been taking a break with, but for now it's on the backburner. When I do I may enlist your help for the coding side of things.

Cool, I"m glad it isn't completely scrapped. This mod is kinda on the back burner for me as well. Its dificult to manage something like this along with real life stuff, and honestly if you want to do anything else at all in your free time.
I kinda got tired of the same old same old, but now that I know I am capable of modeling myself, I might make my own stations for the mod and finish that thing up when I'm done with my SW mini-mod.
BTW, I think that this mod, is less of a minimod than my Dr. Who mod, or my SW mod, so we nolonger need to call it that. I think I have decided that Battlestar Galactica: Fleet Operations is where I am going with the name. I tried Worth of survival, but for some reason it just did not stick.

I am the same, I find if I work on the one mod or sometimes even the one faction for too long I grow tired of it especially when it can take up to 24 hours just to do one BSG ship texture. Growing bored is also a reason I have a couple of projects in the works. Plus I have the MSFC site upgrade to do soon so that will give me a break for a while as well.

My advice majestic: Get functional stuff done, work on models as you feel like it and use placeholder models until the final ones are ready.
