Thanks man.  Every time someone says something like that, it gives meaning to all the hard work I am doing.  I mean its not like I am making this mod for me to play alone :rolleyes:

  As a quick update, I finally solved the AI issue, and got it to actually be a challenge.  I wasn't paying attention one time and it actually got the better of me :whistling:

Its really turning out well, and its really developing a sense of strategy instead of just hard counters and numbers.

In its current form, its is very different than the beta video.  the mercury no longer has missiles and railguns, but KE-cannons and forward firing ponage guns ^-^

like I said its really coming together.

Hey, glad to hear.  No, I haven't yet.  there is a preivew somewhere around here, But it isn't worth trying.  it was relly buggy, and completely different than what I"m doing now.

anyway, I am coming along really well.  I will hopefilly release the first version by the end of summer.  Meaning, in a couple of weeks.  If all goes well anyway.  :sweatdrop:

Completely different you say? Hmmmm....Anyways I was starting to wonder if you had placed the mod on the backburner or something ...Im glad to read that it is still progressing.

naww, its on the front. :D  Unfortunately, the longer I take, the more other projects pile up behind it. :whistling: 

As for being completely different...Yeah, it will have new models, completely reworked physics, weapons, all sorts of cool stuff.  once it is finished, I will later release a 2.0 version which will contain several other new features aswell, but that will be after a break, where I go and work on all my other stuff. :D

Also I update the update thread all the time,(which no one seems to notice :whistling:) and I add new threads every once in a while. :D

Hello, all yea who care. :D

Have made significant progress since the last time I posted updates.  Here are just a few of the improvements.

I have redesigned the main menus, music, ect.

I have redesigned the colonial techreee to make it more balenced.

I have added a new module, making a total of 9 unique buildable modules for each avatar.

added 3 new ships

added new fighters

and a whole lot more!

Unfortunately, I did not meat my summer end release date, but Hopefully, if I can get the mod to work in multiplayer, it won't be much longer.

Well, things like the three new ships are things you already knew about, but I did add one new module, and redesign the menus, and redesign the valkyrie. :sweatdrop:

So how's 3.1.4 going to affect the mod? In terms of what was done to the Avalon? Will that affect the Viper's AI, since they now attack what their Battlestar will be attacking?

Thought I'd ask.
