Will this be an independent mod? Like, your own coding, features, and all of those goodies?

As of now It's just a total conversion of FO and will stay that way so long as everything I need is in FO. The only potential change is with the AI since the AI for some reason does not work with modular and add-on bases.... and those are a huge part of this game considering one of the races has a single massive base structure that continues to grow larger.
