I like your idea to solve some small balance issues and I'm also impressed by the speed of your work.

I just read through your ideas for further changes and I think there are some rather problematic ideas and others which are really cool. The changes to the warp ins look quite good, I'll need to see them ingame. The Descent buffs seems rather hard, since this special is extremely powerful. Good to see Steamies back in game :).

Concerning Klingons: The problem with the B'rel is not really her damage output, even though I like your approach of adding a disabling ability - it shouldn't be more than 1sec, though. Ever saw levelled K'Vorts killing everything due to their disabling ability? Disablers are extremely powerful, therefor should be implemented very carefully. I'd simply take away/reduce the supply costs for her special and maybe decrease the build time slightly. The latter could be dangerous since their are strats of triple yarding B'Rels which are already quite powerful in 1v1. B'rels that can use their special like the Rhienn her phase plates would help the B'rel more than anything. Weapon fatigue is not as strong as phase plates, but will enable KBQs to tank for the B'rel.

Dominion: Don't nerf the Bug too much. I understand your idea behind it, but with a weakness like that they won't have any impact on the later game stages at all. And it's not even canon to make them that weak, we saw groups of three Bugs take on the Defiant several times. I understand them as glass cannons, but still cannons ;).

Uploading a fix.. should fix the norway turning into an Error sign when under effects of covering fire.
