Can you make a retexture of some ships for Star Trek Legacy. The fact you did those textures makes me want moar of you skills!

Sure I suppose, I can try and enhance them . Like I said, I didn't make them however they origionally looked just like tyler's one, and I edited them to look like the one in my mod.

Oh, and I can't edit dds files atm.  Only tga's but If you give me a link to a ship you have in mind, I might give it a try.

yeah, you can read all about it in the comments at ff.  If you want it, it is still up for the time being at A2files, but its likely to be taken down any time now.

yo Zax forget those a$$ holes a FF, their gripping about credit for this stuff, is exactly why that community is dead, tote, & flatlined. If they had such a big problem with people modifying it they shouldn't have released it in the first place.  And on a final note seeing your modifications to the ship, they probably just got jealous.

the original author didnt give permission to zax, zax was unaware of the true author, he thought he had permission.

when the original author found out he asked zax to take it down. so zax did.

he is well within his rights to ask it removed, and isnt selfish or nasty.

if i were him i'd grant the permission to zax this one time. but he doesnt know zax is a nice guy, nor is he a member of this community, so we cant expect him to listen to our opinions.

Is he within in his rights, yes. But as far as selfish and nasty F@#K yes he is. It's not like Zax is trying to sell this and claiming credit for it. He's just making a FO friendly version for it. The only reason Fleet Ops or A2 files and FF are even possible is because the original developers of the game allowed their work to be modified. And for some reason this guy thinks his is too special for someone to mess with please!

you'd be a lot more restrictive if people stole your work. he said on ff that someone stole his work (again) that would annoy me a lot.
